Sales Team Manager, Travel Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Reed Exhibitions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targeted revenues across all product lines.
- Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential.
- Identify revenue opportunities and think critically to drive business growth.
- Build and nurture a successful network of advocates with key clients, industry associations, and other strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to drive innovation and inform sales strategies.
- Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.
- Ability to manage a complex sales pipeline and accurately review and forecast performance.
- Experience mentoring sales professionals and leading in areas without authority.
- Expertise in delivering best-in-class exhibitions and staying ahead of future trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to travel as required.
