We are looking for a Community Relations Coordinator to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. As a key member of our property services team, you will work closely with residents, construction teams, and project managers to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between residents and the construction/property services team, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, guaranteeing they remain well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints professionally, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities, minimizing disruption to residents.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting resident meetings, forums, and events, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in construction/property services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude, driving positive outcomes and resident satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
