As a key member of our Residential Care Program team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing home environment for children and young people in care.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable youth. The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with traumatised youth and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
