Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Resident Liaison Specialist to work with Velocity Recruitment, one of the UK's leading property services companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.

  • Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents in a clear and concise manner.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with residents, providing them with regular updates on project progress.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to a high standard.
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues that may impact residents.
