About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nights Care Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Job Overview

This is a permanent position working nights shifts, with a competitive salary range of £11.45 - £12.45 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including My Healthcare, Wagestream, and 28 days holiday.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with varying requirements, from companionship to personal care.
  • Work as part of a team to monitor residents and report any changes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals.
