We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Ridley Park care home in Blyth.

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and working closely with the Nurse to support the clinical needs of our residents.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a strong background in care leadership, preferably in a similar setting;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
  • the ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations;
  • a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that meets the individual needs of our residents;
  • a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £12.00-£14.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including My Healthcare, Annual Allowance, Wagestream, and 28 days' holiday.
