About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and honouring their choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements
- A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing, with experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- Confidence in offering clinical guidance to care teams and being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
- A highly trusted member of the team, with the ability to build connections with residents and their families, providing kindness and support and care they deserve.
