Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

Location: Gloucester

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Up to £30,273.36 with sleep in shifts for unqualified candidates and up to £31,952.96 with sleep in shifts for qualified candidates

Specific Hours: 38 hours per week

Headway Careers is a renowned provider of residential adolescent childcare services, committed to delivering holistic care that meets the unique needs of each young person. We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Gloucester services.

Purpose of Job:

  • To ensure the needs of young people in our care are met and provide a safe and positive living experience.
  • To manage and lead Residential Support Workers in delivering high-quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work on shift to maintain a high standard of care and ensure the Home runs efficiently.
  • To create a homely environment for young people and safeguard their well-being at all times.
