About the Role

Your new role as a Benefits and Pension Specialist will involve joining the wider EMEA Reward team to provide support and services to all employee benefits. Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited's Benefits Strategy aims to attract, motivate, and retain high-performing individuals by endeavouring to deliver a competitive benefits package.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Wider HR Function: Provide assistance to the benefits team in the delivery of benefit processes in the UK and EMEA region.
  • Financial Analysis: Utilize excellent financial analytical skills to interpret and understand business performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Employ excellent problem-solving skills, working with different stakeholders and managing priorities.
  • Project Management: Experience of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate the ability to anticipate future trends and consequences, creating innovative strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a professional manner in a busy environment, with excellent attention to detail.
