Key Responsibilities- Support the ongoing design and implementation of our global compensation program, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to People Partners and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance on global compensation and reward strategies.
- Develop and implement effective reward communication strategies to ensure colleagues understand and appreciate the different elements of our reward program.
- Support the design of an effective Annual Performance Plan (APP) process, ensuring it is streamlined and efficient.
- Collaborate with the team to create global compensation policy documentation, outlining roles, responsibilities, processes, and key deliverables.
- Interpret legislation and tax rules regulating global compensation, ensuring all policies and processes are implemented in a legally compliant manner.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist with a strong background in global compensation and reward strategies. You will have advanced excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
