Job Title: Virtual Key Account Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for e-commerce and national account management? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth and success in online grocery accounts? We're looking for a talented Virtual Key Account Manager to join our team at Lime Talent.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Key Account Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy across key online grocery accounts, including Ocado, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing online strategies, driving growth, and developing joint business plans with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Ecom Controller to execute online strategies across our top 4 retailers
  • Drive growth for our business and key retail partners
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans across our top 4 retailers
  • Effectively deliver the online grocery roadmap
  • Take ownership of online execution plans aligned with in-store execution
  • Serve as a first point of contact and subject matter expert to key clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar tertiary qualification
  • Previous experience in online national account management
  • Proven expertise in full P&L management & JBP negotiation and delivery
  • Experience with online grocery accounts (Ocado highly preferred)
