About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Key Account Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy across key online grocery accounts, including Ocado, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans, driving growth, and delivering online execution plans aligned with in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Ecom Controller to execute online strategy across our top 4 retailers
  • Drive growth for our business and key retail partners
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans across our top 4 retailers
  • Effectively deliver the online grocery roadmap
  • Take ownership of online execution plans aligned with in-store execution
  • Serve as a first point of contact and subject matter expert to key clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar tertiary qualification
  • Previous experience in online national account management
  • Proven expertise in full P&L management & JBP negotiation and delivery
  • Experience with online grocery accounts (Ocado highly preferred)
