Job Purpose:

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key technology and service providers. Your primary focus will be on fostering relationships, driving joint initiatives, and leveraging alliances to enhance our company's offerings and market presence. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with alliance strategies and maximize business outcomes.

In this role, you'll get to:

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential alliance partners aligned with our company's objectives and target markets.
  • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies to drive mutual business growth and create competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and incentives, in collaboration with legal and executive teams.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and product managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.

Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align alliance strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate joint planning sessions and initiatives to drive co-selling, co-marketing, and co-delivery activities.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and alliance partners to maximize synergy and minimize conflicts.

Business Development:

  • Drive joint pipeline development efforts with alliance partners to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Support sales teams in identifying and pursuing partnership-driven sales opportunities.
  • Track and report on partnership-driven revenue, pipeline, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering to inform alliance strategies and tactics.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in alliance management, partnership development, or business development within the technology industry, preferably with Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities, formulate partnership strategies, and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools for pipeline management and reporting.
