Role Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor Assistant, you will support the commercial team in managing contracts and ensuring project profitability. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, looking to join a leading infrastructure contractor working on major projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial team in managing contracts and ensuring project profitability.
- Assist in preparing and managing project estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong understanding of commercial practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
