Project Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage our commercial operations in Newark, UK. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with significant experience working on new build housing projects. A strong background in contract management, cost control, and financial analysis is essential for this role. Additionally, we require excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.

In terms of specific responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing expenditures, reconciling cost/value reports, and ensuring timely cash flow management. They will also need to on-board subcontractors/suppliers, conduct financial assessments, and monitor/report daily costs. Compensation Package
The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 per annum, which includes an annual performance bonus, private medical insurance, car allowance, and company pension.
