About the Role:

As a key member of the Ad Warrior Ltd team, you will provide essential financial support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join our dynamic and growing company.

The successful candidate will have solid finance experience, with a strong background in processing sales orders, raising sales invoices, and managing credit control.

You will be responsible for inputting supplier invoices, validating nominal coding, and assisting with bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will process payments, assist with general finance tasks, and contribute to any ad-hoc projects as required.

This role offers the chance to work closely with our Financial Controller, supporting the development of the business through high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and raise sales invoices
  • Raise purchase orders and manage supplier invoices
  • Input supplier invoices, validate nominal coding, and perform credit control
  • Perform bank reconciliations and process payments
  • Assist with general finance tasks and contribute to ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or AAT qualified
  • Solid finance experience working within a team
  • Credit control experience
  • Competent with MS Office, including good Excel skills

Salary Information:
