About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to join our team at FitzRoy Support. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our services in Newark and Sherwood.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and will be able to motivate and develop their team to achieve exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services are person-centred and meet the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support. You will also be accountable for the financial performance of your location and will work closely with our finance team to ensure that our services are delivered within budget.

About You

  • You will have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • You will have experience of working in the care sector and will have a good understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
  • You will be highly motivated and will have excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • You will be data-driven and will have a strong focus on continuous improvement.
