Job Description

The Senior Surveyor to Associate Partner role offers a unique opportunity to join our Infrastructure Services division, delivering projects that build a more sustainable and long-lasting infrastructure for the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing from routing to construction and completion, providing consultancy services associated with benchmarking, procedures, and management systems.

We pride ourselves on understanding client-specific requirements and industry developments, maintaining and developing our professional team, and continuing the development of our systems to assist in high-quality service delivery.

This permanent full-time position based in Newark (37.5 hours, Monday-Friday) comes with flexible working requirements (minimum 30 hours per week). We welcome individuals from various surveying backgrounds and operate a hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities include advising on and managing infrastructure projects, providing land consultancy advice, negotiating compensation, and facilitating project progression. You will also support the training and mentoring of graduates in the team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with effective communication and negotiation at all levels
  • Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
  • Experience in building lasting relationships, networking, and promoting the business
  • Great verbal and written communication

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
