Role Overview:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience working on new build housing projects. They will be responsible for controlling expenditure, reconciling cost/value reports and profit forecasts, and ensuring value for money and financial assessments.

Responsibilities:
  • Control all expenditure
  • Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
  • On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
  • Ensuring value for money & financial assessments
  • Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
  • Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
  • Attend project & company related meetings
  • Ensure timely cash flow management
  • Maintain & develop professional relationships with clients & customers
