About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join Galliford Try's Environment Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of large projects or multiple smaller schemes, working closely with the Pre-Construction, Design, and Delivery functions.

Key responsibilities include producing Subcontract documentation, negotiating terms and conditions, prices, and programme, as well as managing subcontract works packages. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large single or multiple smaller schemes, with solid knowledge of construction processes and standard forms of contract.
