As a Technology Partnerships Director, you will lead our partnerships strategy and drive growth. You will be responsible for monitoring and measuring partnership performance, leading pilot project activities, and collaborating with our scientific, technical, and data teams.

**Key Responsibilities:)

  • Monitor and measure partnership performance, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Lead pilot project activities, including engaging and assessing potential sites, managing contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the equipping, training, and ongoing support of pilot sites, ensuring high-quality implementation of sequencing workflows.
  • Collaborate with scientific, technical, and data teams to develop and deploy protocols, secure data infrastructure, and build sequencing networks.

**Requirements:

  • A degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex, multi-site international projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and legislative frameworks for clinical or lab-based projects on a global scale.
  • Knowledge of data infrastructure development, cloud networking, or data management systems.
  • Understanding of sequencing technologies, laboratory protocols, and pathogen genomics.
  • Awareness of compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements for clinical and pathogen research.
