International Student Recruitment Manager

The EF International Language Campuses are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Student Recruitment Manager to lead our summer school recruitment efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and has experience in managing teams.
About the Role
As a Summer School Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, and working closely with the accommodation team to secure homestay placements. You will also be responsible for motivating and supporting a large summer team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Share responsibility for day-to-day operations of the summer school with the Operations Manager.
- Manage the recruitment, retention, and training of seasonal staff.
- Organize and check that required paperwork is conducted to meet EF's accreditation procedures.
- Support the homestay recruitment team alongside the Accommodation Manager.
- Motivate, connect, and support a large summer team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
- E nsure that quality targets are being delivered while taking key decisions to move the programme forward.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of proven success in an operations management role.
- Attention to detail attributes.
- Strong relationship building skills and a history of working collaboratively with a range of suppliers to build rapport.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and database management.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Complete fluency in English.
