About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Programme Manager of Change & Transformation to join our highly skilled and dynamic Strategy team at Forseven.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Change Management Strategies: Develop and implement effective change management plans and approaches to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Manage Change Programmes: Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications to maximise engagement and ownership in individual businesses.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Analyse, evaluate, and overcome change program risks and issues, communicating them to stakeholders in a timely manner with mitigation options.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work alongside different functions to drive process improvement and scalable solutions that work across a complex ecosystem of business lines and verticals.
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programmes: Lead the design and delivery of training programmes to ensure tailored solutions according to change impact and audience.
Requirements
  • Extensive Change Management Experience: Demonstrable and extensive change management experience delivering technology and business change, ideally within an automotive environment.
  • Change Management Principles: Extensive knowledge of and ability to expertly apply change management principles throughout a complex organisational structure.
  • Communications Planning: Experience using proven change methodology, reporting, and change frameworks, as well as communications planning and delivery to support change initiatives.
  • Business Analysis: Business analysis experience, including requirements definition, process mapping, operating model definition, and demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
