Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to join our team in a key role that involves delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our best-selling products.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Service - Achieve individual sales goals by making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and providing brow treatments and makeovers.
- Brow Services - Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
- Teamwork - Collaborate with team members to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
- Promotions and Special Events - Support in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
- Administration - Complete daily and weekly worksheets, and assist with counter manager administration as needed.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping - Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area.
Qualifications
We're looking for a team player who is passionate about the beauty industry and has excellent communication skills. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be required to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
