About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Watchfinder's Bicester Village boutique. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and engaging with clients, providing expert advice on luxury timepieces
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Working to achieve sales targets and KPIs in a target-driven sales environment
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, including luxury watch brands and models
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
