About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Watchfinder's Bicester Village boutique. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing our luxury watch collection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests into the boutique and introducing them to our luxury watch collection
  • Providing expert customer service and advice on our pre-owned watches
  • Working to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Managing appointments and online enquiries
  • Chasing leads and sales administration
  • Ensuring all security procedures are adhered to correctly
Requirements
  • Passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong clienteling skills and ability to maintain client contact
  • Results-driven with experience working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Negotiation skills desirable, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customers
  • Ability to take in technical information and learn about our products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Team player with a focus on team success
