About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales and Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Sales and Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on our range of skincare and makeup products
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store goals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a visually appealing store environment
