About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Retail Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, exceeding customer expectations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Achieve sales goals through enthusiastic spirit and excellent sales skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury or watch/jewellery environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
