Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests into the boutique and introducing them to our culture
  • Clienteling and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Working to KPIs and sales targets
  • Managing appointments and online enquiries
  • Chasing leads and sales administration
