We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead high-performance sales teams in our expanding cosmetics business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with key customers.
About the Role- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand market presence.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management position.
- Knowledge of the beauty, hair, cosmetics, makeup, chemicals for cleaning, raw ingredients, or chemical manufacturing industries.
- Annual company profit-based team bonus (minimum employment term applies).
