Lead UK Sales Team
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team as Sales Director UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive sales performance and business growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
