Job Description

The Sales and Business Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our recruiter customer base. This involves identifying potential customers, engaging them through various prospecting techniques, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market research and lead generation.
  • Prospecting and relationship-building.

  • Lead qualification and negotiation.
  • Contract closure and customer success collaboration.

This role requires a proven track record of success in business development or sales, strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
