Job Title

Maternity Services Practice Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled midwife to lead our maternity services practice development team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our maternity services practice development strategy. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure that we provide high-quality care to our patients.

You will also be responsible for developing and delivering education and training programs for our staff, as well as identifying and implementing best practices in maternal care.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in midwifery practice
  • Leadership experience within health/social care settings
  • Ability to develop and implement policy
  • Evidence of teaching in clinical and university settings
Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
