Job Description

Overview

JSS Search is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Governance Manager to oversee the Corporate Governance function in the UK and the USA and to support the Group Head of Corporate Governance in Group Corporate Governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective Corporate Governance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the global board and senior management on Corporate Governance matters.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Corporate Governance activities and decisions.
  • Collaborate with the legal team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Corporate Governance initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to Corporate Governance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Governance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and US Corporate Governance regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
