**Corporate Governance Manager Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Governance Manager to join our team at JSS Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Corporate Governance function in the UK and the USA, supporting the Group Head of Corporate Governance in Group Corporate Governance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective Corporate Governance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice on Corporate Governance matters to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with the global board to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of Corporate Governance activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and other external parties.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Governance, ideally with a Chartered qualification.
  • Strong open communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Organized, analytical, solution-focused, and detail-orientated, with the ability to prioritize multiple work streams and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential or sensitive information, and exercise sound judgement on day-to-day matters.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to team collaboration and support.
