Job Overview
Office Angels is seeking an experienced professional to join their people team as a Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager. This role will play a key part in creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain action plans and strategies with clear deliverables that can be tracked
- Remove barriers and ensure equitable access to health and wellbeing support and resources
- Measure the impact of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives through a data-driven approach
- Analyse data to identify priorities and proactive initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in for health, wellbeing, and inclusion plans
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and statutory requirements, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Equalities Act
- Communicate effectively at all levels and with diverse audiences
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in developing and maintaining action plans and strategies
- Understanding of the specific health risks associated with work in similar industries
- Proven experience in managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes
- Ability to use data to inform decision-making and build compelling cases for health, wellbeing, and inclusion plans
- Knowledge of relevant legal and statutory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret statistical data
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £52,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent. Additionally, employees will receive generous benefits, including a final salary pension, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), and free rail travel across the network. Other perks include dental and private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, buy/sell holidays, employee assistance programme, and occupational physiotherapy service.
