Palliative Care Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Palliative Care Specialist to join our team at Sophie Bell and Associates. As a Senior Palliative Care Nurse, you will provide expert care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, working closely with a Clinical Nurse Specialist to develop your specialist knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality palliative care to patients with complex symptom control needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
  • Mentor student nurses and support newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship programme
  • Contribute to the development of our nursing service, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist
