About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Premium and Pro Rata Advocate to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Reinsurance Solutions division, you will play a critical role in handling our Global and Key Client's Premium and Proportional Treaty accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end process management, including liaison with the offshore team and credit control team to ensure timely processing of premium and accounts.
  • Monitoring and management of unallocated cash and held funds.
  • Regular contact with clients and reinsurers to ensure service requirements are met and queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Support in depth analysis and reporting.
  • Conducting Pro-rata reviews.
  • Contributing to preparation for and attendance at client meetings.

Requirements

  • Deliver distinctive client value by anticipating and ensuring all needs are fully met.
  • Experience of processing and submitting XOL Premiums and Proportional Treaty Accounts.
  • Familiarity with the use of London Market systems.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workflow and meet deadlines.
