About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service Team at Great Bear. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, providing outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Support: Provide administrative support to ensure seamless contract execution, including order keying on SAP and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex problems, collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver timely reports to clients, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Possess good geographical knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in SAP.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
