Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt and processing of transport documentation, including PODs and delivery notes.
- Manage the booking and scheduling of collections and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Investigate and resolve any transport-related queries or issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including transport schedules, delivery status, and customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transport industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
