Job Title: Transport Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt and processing of transportation documents, including PODs and returns.
- Manage the booking and scheduling of collections and deliveries for customers.
- Investigate and resolve any transportation-related queries or issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of transportation-related paperwork and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure seamless transportation operations.
- Perform administrative tasks, including photocopying, printing, and data entry.
- Monitor and manage the transportation diary to ensure efficient scheduling and timely delivery of goods.
- Compile and analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, hauliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
