About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service Team at Great Bear. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, providing outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Support: Provide administrative support to ensure seamless contract execution, including order keying on SAP and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer and client queries, working closely with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver various reports to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administration: Perform other administrative tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Have good geographical knowledge and understanding of logistics and transportation.
  • Computer Literacy: Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in SAP a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver accurate information and resolve complex issues.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
