Job Title: Support Mentor for SEMH Needs

We are seeking a capable Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. The ideal candidate will have a passion for inclusive education and be keen to develop their skills and experiences in supporting primary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).

About the Role:
The successful applicant will work closely with our clients and their families to provide tailored support and guidance. This will involve developing and implementing individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide one-to-one support to primary-aged children with SEMH needs.
  • To develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • To work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
