About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Luxury Stores team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our luxury fashion and beauty brands on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for our luxury fashion and beauty brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and launch of new brands, including catalog creation, store merchandising, and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer advocacy by ensuring a high-quality site experience for our luxury brands, including data quality checks and brand store merchandising.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cross-functional experience, especially finance, buying, marketing, or supply chain.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus.
  • Prior experience at Amazon in a retail or 3P Seller-facing role.
  • Prior experience at Amazon managing cross-functional projects.
