Area Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue in the East Midlands and East Anglia region. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the specified region
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Meet sales targets and increase revenue growth
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
* Salary: £45,000 + commission (tbc)
* Benefits package including £500 car allowance and full benefits
