Business Development Manager

East Region

£depending on experience + Car Allowance + OTE Earnings


Our client is a customer focussed, mortgage and savings provider, with their head office based in Leicestershire. They are seeking an experienced business development manager to join their sales team, building intermediary relationships to promote their mortgage proposals.


The role is to cover the East of the UK, which will include – Essex, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Due to the nature of the role, you must live within any of these areas.


Duties of the Business Development Manager will include:

  • Proactively strengthen and manage key account relationships.
  • Build new relationships with specialist lenders that meet the strategic goals and risk appetite.
  • To be the face of the intermediary proposition and product champion
  • Working closely with the Head of lending to ensure our HNW product ranges are competitive and relevant to our target market.
  • The ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of our lending policy and appetite of the niche residential market and competitors’ products terms and conditions.


The successful individual will possess:

  • Previous business development experience within mortgages
  • Full UK driving licence and vehicle
