Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is a leading commercial property company in the UK, with a strong presence in South Wales. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities services across our South Wales locations, ensuring that our tenants receive a high-quality, cost-effective service. This will involve effective planning, operational, and contract administration procedures to maintain a safe, comfortable, and operational working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Provide local support to our property management team, acting as the primary interface between tenants and facilities services.
  • Service Delivery & Contract Management: Manage site infrastructure and facilities services, including the management of suppliers, contractors, and sub-contracted services.
  • Budget Management: Ensure all requests are budgeted and costed according to the overall budget plan.
  • Project Management: Undertake projects within the field of responsibility, ensuring they are completed on time and in budget.
  • Business Continuity: Maintain the security of our company's investments in buildings, infrastructure, and services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' direct facilities management responsibility in the control of both 'hard' and 'soft' service provision.
  • A minimum of 3 years' people supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of M&E systems/installations and building construction techniques.
  • NEBOSH Health & Safety General Certification or similar.

  • Planning & organising to high quality standards.
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Location: South Wales, UK. This role requires a reasonable commute to the location.
