Join Arcadis as a Workplace Facilities Manager

Arcadis is a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions. We're seeking a skilled Workplace Facilities Manager to join our team in the Southwest UK.

About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract role will cover the Southwest UK region. As a Workplace Facilities Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for business queries and provide expert advice on Arcadis policies. You'll also deliver complex technical work and contribute to budgetary planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Arcadis offices in the Southwest UK, ensuring compliance with SHE and FM good practice.
  • Review and analyze customer service levels using standard reporting tools.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal customers to ensure quality and service.
  • Contribute to internal projects and work with senior specialists to meet project milestones.
  • Identify and comply with relevant legal and regulatory controls.
Requirements
  • BIFM Level 3 or above qualification.
  • Previous relevant experience in office or facilities management.
  • IOSH management safety certification.
  • Effective research, data gathering, and analysis skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience of managing small projects.
