FI Real Estate Management Ltd is a leading commercial property company with a strong presence in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in South Wales.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations in South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, cost-effective services to our tenants, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment, and protecting the value of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all facilities services, including building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime and maximize asset value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management, with a strong background in building maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, and other engineering systems.
- NEBOSH Health and Safety General Certification or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
