FI Real Estate Management Ltd is a leading commercial property company with a strong presence in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in South Wales.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations in South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, cost-effective services to our tenants, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment, and protecting the value of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective planning, operational, and contract administration procedures to deliver high-quality services.
- Client management, including providing local support and acting as the primary interface between tenants and our property management team.
- Service delivery and contract management, including daily control of outsourced contracts and coordination of external suppliers and contractors.
- Budget management and project management, including undertaking projects within field of responsibility and overseeing external contractors.
- Business continuity, including maintaining security of company investments and developing and implementing site-specific call-out procedures.
- Office services, including managing office services, maintaining fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, and controlling emergency evacuation procedures.
- Emergency call-out, including providing an out-of-hours response to emergency situations and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
- A minimum of 3 years' direct Facilities management responsibility in the control of both 'hard' and 'soft' service provision.
- Working knowledge of M&E systems/installations and an understanding of the operation of HVAC, electrical distribution, and generation.
- Knowledge of building construction and project management techniques.
- NEBOSH Health & Safety General Certification or similar.
